Sindel is a village in north-eastern Bulgaria, part of Avren municipality, Varna region. It is located 8 km south--west to to the village of Avren, 38 km south-west to the city of Varna, 16 km south to the town of Devnya and approximately 480 km east to the city of Sofia.
It lies in the Danuba Valley at an altitude of 110 m. Provadiyska River flows through the village. The climate is temperate-continental and is characterised by a warm and dry summer and a mild winter with scanty snowfalls.
The population is approximately 1 200 people. Regular railway transportation is available to the nearby settlements.
The village is supplied with water and electricity on a regular basis, sewerage is available, as well. In Sindel there is a mayoralty, a post-office, a doctor's office, a community center where groups of folk dancing and singing are functioning, a petrol station and shops. The nearest kindergarten is in the village of Avren.
