"Sveta Troitsa" quarter is situated in the western part of the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia.
In the south the quarter borders with Ilinden quarter, in the east - with Zona B-18, in north-east - with Fondovi zhilishta quarter, in south-west - with "Zaharna fabrika" and the railway station and in the west - with Gevgeliiski quarter. The main roads which surround "Sveta troitsa" quarter are: Tsaritsa Ioana Blvd., Konstantin Velichkov Blvd., Yosif Shtrosmaier Str., Haidut Sider Str. and Krum Stoyanov Str.
There are various types of buildings in the quarter. Most of the buildings are panels and were built between the beginning of the 70s till the end of the 80s of XX century. There are a number of EPK blocks (of the shuttering large panel type), which are grouped into 3-4 places and spreaded out in different areas of the quarter.
Old brick blocks are on Tsar Simeon Str., close to the park and Konstantin Velichkov Blvd. They were built in the mid 60s of the previous century. The construction of new buildings is starting in the quarter. The investors prefer the areas around Konstantin Velichkov Blvd, and "Sveta Troitsa" park.

On the territory of the quarter, on Tsaritsa Ioana Blvd., was opened the first Cinema complex "Arena" with 15 cinema halls and fast food shops.
Sveta troitsa quarter has its own park and a church that brings the same name. The quarter is very well infrastructured with a lot of green areas and free spaces round the blocks.
There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants on tsar Simeon Str. There is the building of CEZ Distribution AD for Sofia. The chain stores "Fantastiko", "Magazina 345" and "Familia" has their representative there.
On Slivnitsa Blvd. has opened the huge trade center - "Globus".
