Chokoba is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in Sliven Municipality, Sliven region.

It is located 21 km south from the town of Sliven, about 20 km northwest from the town of Yambol, 38 km northeast from the town of Nova Zagora, 304 km southeast from the city of Sofia.
There is a regular bus service to the town of Sliven.

Situated on the southern ridge of Sarnena gora mountain at an altitude 191 m. The climate is characterized by mild winters and relatively warm summers.

The permanent population is about 480 people.

The village has a town hall, community center, shops and a cafe. There is mobile phone coverage, Internet and cable TV. In the village of Glufishevo / 4 km northwest / work two GPs. Nearest kindergarten, school and hospital are in the town of Sliven.

Landmarks and tourism

In the area there are several dams - dam Bikovo, dam Pitovo1, dam Pitovo2  and dam Gulubintsi that offer rich pickings avid anglers and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

In the village of Krushare / 8 km north / is situated temple "Holy Trinity", founded in 1911. In 2011 it was completely renovated and restored.

Area Karandila is located in the northeast part of Sliven, among ancient forests. There is situated the National Park "Blue Rocks" with an area of ​​11,380 hectares, there are many interesting rock formations.
