Genchovtsi is a village in the municipality of Tryavna, Gabrovo region.
It is set 3 km north of Tryavna, 25 km east of Gabrovo and about 235 km northeast of Sofia.
It is situated at an altitude of 800 m. The climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters with heavy snowfalls.
The permanent population is about 10 people.
Closest hospitals, schools and kindergartens are located in the town of Tryavna. The village has several guest houses that offer accommodation for tourists. In one of them has a mini zoo with ostriches, peacocks, turtles, hedgehogs, pheasants and other animals. In Genchovtsi trail passes by the village Tryavna up to Bozhentsi.
