Dimitrovche is a village in Southern Bulgaria, it is part of Svilengrad municipality, Haskovo region.
The village is situated 7 km southwest of Svilengrad, 14 km southeast of Lyubimec, 30 km south of Topolovgrad, 33 km northeast of Ivaylovgrad and 58 km southeast from the regional town of Haskovo. The distance to the Turkish checkpoint frontier is some 20 km.
The population is about 300 people.
The terrain is a mix between flat and low hills with an altitude of about 150 m. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, characterized by hot and dry summers and warm and rainy winters. Average July temperatures are between 22-24 ° C and average January temperatures are above zero.
The village has good infrastructure - electricity and water supply, all mobile operators have coverage. Most of the streets are paved, there is regular transport to the neighboring villages and cities in the region. The closest medical office is located in the neighboring village of Raykova mogila - about 4 km from Dimitrovche and the nearest schools are in Svilengrad.
Agriculture has leading economic role in the region. Farming in the area is mainly aimed at growing tobacco, vines, grasses and fruit trees. It is suitable for cotton production as well.
