Skobelevo is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in Sliven Municipality, Sliven region.

In Bulgaria there are four other villages with the same name in Lovech municipality, Lovech region, Rodopi municipality, Plovdiv region, Pavel banya municipality, Stara Zagora region and Dimitrovgrad municipality, Haskovo region.

It is about 29 km south from the town of Sliven, about 27 km west from the town of Yambol and 30 km east from the town of Nova Zagora and 296 km southeast from the city of Sofia.
There is a regular bus service to the town of Sliven.

It is situated at an altitude of 150 meters. The climate is characterized by mild winters and cool summers.

The population is about 370.

The village has a town hall, community center, shop and café. There is internet, cable TV and mobile phone coverage. In the town of Kermen /5 km northwest/ you can receive medical treatment. There you will find an elementary school and a kindergarten. The nearest hospital is located in the city of Sliven.

Tourism and landmarks:

In the area there are several dams - Bikovo dam, dams Pitovo1 and Pitovo2 that offer rich pickings avid anglers and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

In the village Krushare / 15 km northeast / is located the temple "Holy Trinity", built in 1911. In 2011 it was completely renovated and restored.

At about 16 km northwest are situated Sliven Mineral Baths. The healing mineral water and picturesque surroundings set the resort as a preferred location for medical treatment and family vacations.

In Sliven you can visit: church "St. Sofia", church "St. Mary", the History Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, the House - Museum Hadzhi Dimitar.

Area Karandila is located in the northeast part of Sliven. There is situated the National Park "Blue Rocks" with an area of 11,380 hectares, it has many interesting rock formations.
