Preselentzi is a village in North-East Bulgaria, part of General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich region. It is located 11 km to the town of General Toshevo, 30 km to the town of Dobrich and 80 km to the city of Varna and its international airport.

The relief is hilly, featuring numerous plateaux and river valleys. The climate is temperate-continental, characterised by a mild winter, hot, yet dry and sunny summer, cool spring and warm and dry autumn. The population numbers to approximately 310 people. Altitude - 194 m.
infrastructure
In the village there is a mayor's office, a community center, a kindergarten, a secondary school, several shops, a bakery, a tavern. The nearest doctor's and dentist's offices are in the village of Vasilevo, located some 5 km south-east to Preselentzi.. The nearest hospital is the one in the town of General Toshevo.
The village is supplied with water and electricity on a regular basis. Regular bus-transportation is available to the towns of Dobrich, Balchik and the nearby villages.

- The main landmark in the village of Preselentzi is the Medieval Fortress, with a church and a sanctuary revealed on its territory, dated back to the 9th century.
- In the town of General Toshevo there is a Historical-Ethnographic exposition with replicas of archaeological findings revealed on the territory of the municipality.
- In Dobrich there is a Historical Museum with over 160 000 exhibits, an Ethnographic House and a beautiful church, famous for its magnificent iconostasis.
- 40 km south to the village lies the town of Balchik where one could enjoy the Botanical Garden and the Palace of the former Romanian royal family.
