Mladen is a village in the municipality of Sevlievo, Gabrovo region.

It is 13 km northeast of the town of Sevlievo, 45 km north from Gabrovo, 40 km west of Veliko Tarnovo and about 190 km northeast of Sofia.

It is situated at an altitude of 458 m near the banks of the River Rosica. The climate is characterized by cold, snowy winters and warm summers.

The population is about 200 people. There is a regular bus service to neighboring towns.

In Mladen there is range of mobile operators, a part of the streets are paved. There is a post office, shop, pub and guest house. Nearest school and kindergarten in the village Dobromirka / 6 km /. Medical care is covered by the hospital in the town of Sevlievo.

The center has a monument to partisans Yoto Ivanov Genev (Ruscho) and Mincho Georgiev Andreev (Mladen) on who the village is named.
