Zagore is a village in southern Bulgaria. It is located in Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora Region.

Zagore village is located 11 km south of Stara Zagora , to the left from the road to Dimitrovgrad. The distance to Sofia is 196 km. The newest section of the Trakia highway ends in the settlement, as the next section italso passes through the land of village. There is regular bus service from the district town.

The village is situated low in the plane at altitude: 100-199 m. The population is around 1302 people. No mountains around the village, so winters are cold and summers - hot.

In 1953 in the village has been found the community centre "Probuda". In Zagoraehas a primary school, church, post office, small library and a stadium.

Local business is well established. In the territory of the village operates one of the largest companies in Bulgaria for the production of concrete products and company for maintenance and repair of gas pipeline to southern Bulgaria. In Zagore work agricultural cooperatives, pig farm, company for bottling oil, company for growing and drying tobacco
