Bolyarci is a village in Nort-Eastern Bulgaria, part of Avren municipality, Varna region. It is located 27 km to the south from the city of Varna, 20 km  to the north-west from the municipal center of Avren, 12 km away from the sea-coast and 7 km away from Varna-Burgas main road.

The climate is temperate-continental and due to the village's proximity to the Black Sea its inhabitants may take advantage on a cool summer and a mild winter. The relief is flat. the population numbers to approximately 180 people. Altitude - 125 m. The former name of the village used to be Beidji Oglu.

In the village there are food shops, a post-office, a community club, a pensioner's club, an Orthodox church, a cafe. The nearest doctor's office is located in the village of Ravna Gora (2 km away from Bolyarci), and the nearest school - 12 km away in the village of Bliznatzi. The infrastructure is good - the roads are in a good condition, the village is supplied with water and electricity on a regular basis. Digital telephone exchange, satellite TV, internet and coverage of all mobile operators are available in the village. Regular bus-transportation /twice a day/ connects the village to the city of varna and the nearby villages.

The proximity to Kamchiya resort, the abundance of forests and the convenient transportation are all favourable conditions for the development of hunting, rural and eco-tourism. There are good opportunities for the construction of villa settlements.
Bolyarci is a small and cosy village, situated near a large, century-old forest, which attracts hunters from near and far with the great variety of game it offers (does, deer, hares, wild boars, partridges, pheasants, quails, woodcocks).
The locals are traditionally occupied in agriculture - vegetable growing, fruit-making and stock-breeding. During the past few years bee-keeping and herb-gathering have become popular, as well.
