Belotintsi is a village located in Montana district, Montana region. 

  

In Bulgaria there is another village bearing the name Belotintsi-Dolno Belotintsi in Montana municipality, Montana region. 

  

It is 35 km north-west from Montana, 35 km south-east of Belogradchik, about 12 km in the same direction from the village of Ruzhintsi, 19 km south-west of Brusartsi and about 150 km from Sofia. 

  

The village is located close to the European road E-79, linking Vidin and Kulata

  

The population is about 500 inhabitants, a few foreign families also own properties in Belotintsi. 

  

The village has electricity and water supply, sewage is partially built. There is coverage of the mobile operator, Internet and satellite TV are available. There are several grocery shops, pubs, two cafes, a petrol station. There are a town hall, community center and church. Nearest kindergarten and school are located in Smolyanovtsi / 6 km to the south-west/. Medical care is covered by the Hospital for Active Treatment in Montana city. 
Belotintsi benefits with regular bus transport to the regional center and the town of Belogradchik. 

  

Near the village is situated the dam lake Hristo Smirnenski, which offers good fishing conditions. Besides him, another interesting attraction are Belogradchik rocks. They are natural rock formations, a part from the Hundred tourist sites. 
In Montana tourists can also visit the Historical Museum and Art Gallery Kiril Petrov, Drama Theatre and architectural complex Lapidarium and historical place "Calais Bair.
