Pobeda quarter is one of the smallest quarters in the city of Varna. It is locked between: Acad. Andrey Saharov street, Todor Radev Penev street and Tzar Osvoboditel boulevard.
There are no new residential buildings in the quarter. The buildings are predominantly 4-5 - storey, built in the seventies of the past century. There are new industrial buildings- car-wash, car-stations and brand new administrative buildings, as well.
Regular transportation to downtown the city and the resorts is available.
Specific for the area is the wide space between the buildings. There is a lot of greenery, playgrounds and well-organized infrastructure. The area is quiet and peaceful.
On the territory of the quarter there are: a kindergarten, a community center, a market for fresh fruits and vegetables, a CBA supermarket, many parking lots, petrol stations, pharmacies, shops, cafes and a tavern.
In an immediate proximity there are professional high schools of mechanical engineering and transportation, electrotechnics, a technical high-school, a high school of forestry and woodworking, a kindergarten, a sports complex with a training hall and a stadium.
