Vranino is a village in North-Eastern Bulgaria, part of Kavarna municipality, Dobrich region. It is located 10 to the north-west from the town of Kavarna, 24 km to the south-west of Shabla, 16 km to the north-east of Balchik, 23 km to the north-east of Albena and 12 km away from three golf-courses.
The climate is temperate-continental considerably influenced by the proximity to the Black Sea. The winter is mild with scanty snowfalls, the spring is cool and sunny, the summer is hot and the autumn is warm and damp. The population numbers to 280 people. The latitude is 153 m.
In Vranino there is a community center with rich library, a kindergarten, food shops, a mayoralty, a post-office, a doctor's office, an Orthodox church. Planned is the construction of a 4-star home for the elderly. An investment project is being developed for the construction of a wind park on the territory of the village.
The infrastructure is very well organized - the roads are in a very good condition, the village is supplied with electrucuty and water on a regular basis. Coverage of all mobile operators is available. Regular public transportation connects Vranino to to the town of Kavarna, the town of Dobrich and the nearby villages.
The village is set among lavish greenery. A small park has been created and maintained by the locals.
Agriculture is traditionally being developed in the area - plant-growing, vegetable-growing. On the territory of the village there are large fields of wheat, sun-flower, barley and rape-seed.
