Vodoley is a village in Veliko Turnovo municipality, Veliko Tarnovo region.

It is situated 23 km northwest of Veliko Tarnovo, 20 km southeast of Pavlikeni, 24 km northwest of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa, about 225 km northeast of Sofia.

It is located at an altitude of 66 meters, near the River Rosica. The climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters.

The population numbers about 780 people. There is bus transportation to and from Pavlikeni.

Vodoley has built electricity and water supply systems. The village has a town hall, post office, primary school, kindergarten, club of pensioners and disabled people and shops. Medical care is covered by the hospital in Veliko Tarnovo.

In Vodoley can visit the church "St. Dimitar "whose temple celebrated on the eighth of November. Moreover, interesting sights are also:
