The village is situated about 6 km north from the municipal centre Bratya Daskalovi , about 57 km south from the city of Stara Zagora, about 206 km south-east from the capital Sofia, and about 22 km north-west from town of Chirpan. There is a regular bus transport to city of Plovdiv and town of Chirpan. The closest railway station is 20 km from village of Cherna gora.
Village of Veren is at 290 m above the sea level, among the Chirpan hills at the foot of Mount Sredna Gora.
