Vurshilo is a village in southeastern Bulgaria, part of Sozopol Municipality, Bourgas District.
The village is located 31 km away from Chernomorets, 32 km away from Sozopol and Primorsko, 41 km away from Burgas.
The altitude is 200 m. Population is about 200 inhabitants.
The village has electricity and water supply. There is telephone exchange, coverage of all mobile operators and regular bus transport to Bourgas and the surrounding villages. On its territory there are active church, grocery store, pub, shop for textiles and souvenirs. The closest medical service is in the neighboring village Krushevets located 8 km away.
People in the village are friendly and hospitable. Many foreign families have chosen the beautiful village for living and recreation. Christmas and mummery are traditional customs and rural fair of St. Mary collects all the inhabitants of the square.
Vurshilo and the surroundings have extremely beautiful and picturesque nature. Not far of the entrance of the village in the woody vegetation are built gazebos for picnics, the fountains in the woods are a frequent destination for local tourists and recreation for the shepherds of the village. Provided recreational tourist spot at the beginning of the village houses, created entirely in Bulgarian style. In close proximity are located and protected area "Narrow River, lake Indzhe leader" and river "Darren Dere.
