Topuzevo is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in Kotel Municipality, Sliven region.
It is about 23 km northeast from the town of Kotel in the same direction, respectively 73 km from the town of Sliven and 330 km from the city of Sofia.
Located 383 meters above sea level. The climate is continental with Mediterranean influence. Characterized by short winter and cool summer.
The permanent population is 120 people.
The village is with paved streets, there are electricity and water supply systems, all mobile operators have coverage, regular bus service connects it with the municipal town.
There is a town hall and general store. In the neighboring village of Ticha / 9 km / operates medical center with three doctors. In the town of Kotel you can find a kindergarten, school and hospital.
ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA
In the town of Kotel, declared an architectural and historical reserve, tourists can enjoy the rich history and Renaissance architecture. There are over 110 houses of the Renaissance style preserved.
In Kotel you can visit Pantheon of Georgi Rakovski, Renaissance Museum, Natural History Museum and Historical Museum, which are part of the hundred national travel sites.
Villages of Zheravna and Medven are located respectively 37 km southwest and 35 km southeast - architectural reserves, retained the appearance of wooden houses built during the time of the Renaissance.
