Ruhovtsi is a village in North Bulgaria. It located in Elena municipalit, Veliko Tarnovo region.

From Ruhovtsi there are marked tourist routes to the landmark Vodopada on Borustitsa river. On the bank of the river there are places for relaxation with tables, barbecues, and places for relaxation. In the river you can catch fish.

In the village there are cottages for tourists. The owners even offer transportation to the town of Elena.
In proximity is Maryanski monastery. To it you can go on foot for about 30 minutes. It is designed in XIII or IX century. In 2004 the monastery was reconstructed. There was opened museum exhibition that is connected to the church art and the history of the Orthodox church.
