Attractions

In ancienttimes the  lands of Rajevo enter into the territory of the Thracian tribe Besi, of which today traces of  settlements and mound necropolis can be seen. The oldest archaeological monument was discovered in 1960 1 km south of the village, right of the way to Rajevo Konare. It is a stone scepter, representing the head of a horse with part of the neck. This scepter is the first of its kind found in Bulgaria and refers to either the end of the Chalcolithic and early Bronze Age or early Iron Age.

In the outskirts of Kaloyanovo is “Dragon” raising track. Every year  two rounds of the National Touring Car Championship are held there , as well as numerous branded fairs, shows and regular tuning motorcycle and automotive training days  and amateur championships.
