LANDMARKS AND TOURISM

In close proximity to Rani list are the ancient gold mines, known as 'Inikler' cave. They are set about 200 m away of the main road Kardzhali-Haskovo. The mine workmanships are hewn in very strong rocks, without any use of pillar. They follow the ore-bearing lead and resemble a labyrinth. At the end of the galleries is located a small lake. The site is easily accessible, but it is not recommendable to go in there without any guide who knows the disposition of the galleries.

Eco-path of 9 km passes through the village. It starts from here and ends in village of Bolyartsi, next to the rock Thracian palace of 'Perperikon'. The route passes through very picturesque areas.
