Radovo is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Tran municipality, Pernik region.

It is 8 km southwest of the town of Tran and 54 km northwest of the town of Pernik. The neighboring villages of Yarlovtsi and Busintsi are 4 km west and 5 km southeast. The capital Sofia is 83 km east.

It is located in mountain region and it is at the foot of Ruy peak while its altitude is about 752 m. The climate is with clearly expressed four seasons the summer is warm but not hot and the winter is cool. The spring is cool with lots of precipitation and comes at the end of March the beginning of April while the fall is warmer.

The permanent population is about 43 people.

The nearest stores as well as school and kindergarten are working in the municipality. There you can get medical assistance.

Tourism and landmarks

In the neighboring village of Busintsi you can check Museum collection of Businska ceramics that was found in 1982 and there along with the halls there are working places and small hotel part.
Now at the museum there are over 1300 pieces (jugs, jars, cups, bowls, casseroles, pots etc.) total of about a hundred different forms made by over a thousand craftsmen from the village and the region. Only in this museum you could see the so called "okanicheta" which are small jugs for wine and rakiya, the "crondir" which is unique kind of a jug with a hole in the middle. The museum is also keeping a hundred year old furnace that was used by the world famous craftsman Petar.

Not far away is the Erma River Gorge, Ruy peak, the rock church "St Petka", the Tran monastery and Vrabcha waterfall.

There is great opportunity for the hunting lovers to catch something in the woods near the village that are full of wild animals. The people who prefer fishing could go the near dams Yarlovtsi and Lilyantsi.
