Pishtigovo is a village in Southern Bulgaria. It is Pazardjik Municipality, District of Pazardjik.

It stands about 12 north-east of the town of Pazardjik, about 39 km north-west of the town of Plovdiv, about 80 km south of the town of Karlovo and about 120 km south-east of the capital of Sofia.
About 12 km south-eats posses European route E80, and approximately 5 km away in the same direction is Trakia Motorway.

The relief is flat-and-hilly, with average altitude 224 m.
Climate in the region is transitional continental, characterized with mild winters and warm, dry summers. The soils in the region are extremely fertile.

The population of Pishtigovo is about 1079 residents. 
Infrastructure on the village is settled with asphalted streets with lights, electric, water-supply and sewerage systems, telephone lines and coverage of mobile operators.
There is a town house, community center, primary school and church.

Medical services are provided by GP. The closest kindergarten are in the village of Chernogorovo, less than 5 km north of Pishtigovo, and the closest high school and hospital are in Pazadjik.

River Luda Yana offers comfortable locations for recreation and fishing.

Tsigov Chark Resort is located less than 60 km south. It is a year-round mountain resort, which is situated on the bank of Batak Reservoir and the ridges of Golyama Syutkya Peak (2186 m) offer excellent opportunities for fishing and hiking tourism.
