Novo selo is a village in Veliko Tarnovo municipality, Veliko Tarnovo region.

It is 23 km away from Veliko Tarnovo, 24 km northeast of Sevlievo and 200 km in the same direction from Sofia. Adjacent passes highway Sofia - Varna.
It is situated at an altitude of 500 m. The climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters.
The population is about 580 people. There is a regular bus service that connects the village to the nearby settlements.
In the village there is a new town hall, school and shops. Medical care is covered by two GPs. The nearest hospitals and kindergartens are located in the city of Veliko Tarnovo.
