Nedan is a village in the municipality Pavlikeni, Veliko Tarnovo region.
It is 9 km northwest of Pavlikeni, 45 km in the same direction from Veliko Tarnovo, 50 km northwest of Gorna Oryahovitsa, about 210 km northeast of Sofia.
The village is situated in the Danube plain, 114 m altitude. The climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters.
The population is about 1400 people. Some British families have bought properties in the village. There is a bus that connects Neda Pavlikeni and neighboring settlements.
It has a town hall, primary school and kindergarten. Outlets include grocery stores and restaurants. Medical care is covered by centers in Pavlikeni, and the nearest hospital is located in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
