Nauchene is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven region.
It is 13 km northeast from the town of Nova Zagora, about 32 km southwest from the town of Sliven, 62 km northeast from the town of Stara Zagora and 281 km southeast from the city of Sofia.

The village is 298 meters above sea level. The climate is temperate continental. Winters are mild and dry, relatively warm summers. With heavy rainfall in autumn and spring.
The population is about 180 people.
Nauchene has a town hall, a shop, a cafe and a family hotel. There is Internet access, cable television and coverage of all mobile operators. In the village Kamenovo / southeast / you will find a kindergarten and a general practitioner. The closest hospital and schools are located in Nova Zagora.

Visitors of the village can enjoy Zhrebchevo dam, located about 32 km from Nauchene. Situated in an incredibly beautiful area, surrounded by forests and vast meadows, it is a paradise for fishermen.
Ancient fortress "Great gradishte" is located 3 km northwest from the village. Its shape is an irregular polygon. On the east wall there is an underground exit that leads to the valley that separates this fortress castle "Little Hisar".
Area Karandila is located in the northeast part of Sliven. There is situated the National Park "Blue Rocks" with an area of 11,380 hectares, it has many interesting rock formations.
In Sliven you can visit: church "St. Sofia", church "St. Mary", the History Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, the House - Museum Hadzhi Dimitar.
19 km away is situated one of the largest spa complexes in the country, Sliven Mineral Baths.
