Nauchene is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven region.

It is 13 km northeast from the town of Nova Zagora, about 32 km southwest from the town of Sliven, 62 km northeast from the town of Stara Zagora and 281 km southeast from the city of Sofia.
