Kulina voda is a village in North Bulgaria. It is located in Belene municipality, Pleven region.

It is 14 km southwest of the town of Belene and 57 km northeast of the town of Pleven. The neighboring village of Dekov is 9 km northeast. The capital Sofia is 222 km southwest. 

It is situated in the Danubian plain between two hills and its altitude is 199 m. The climate is temperate and is characterized by cold winter and hot summer. 

The permanent population is 212 people. 

Bus transportation connects it to the other settlements. The main streets are asphalted and with lightning. All mobile operators have coverage. 

In Kulina voda are functioning mayor vice royalty, post office, community center with cinema and library, bakery, store and restaurant. There are also stadium and football club. Specialized medical assistance you can get at the hospital in the town of Belene. In the town are also working schools. The nearest kindergarten is in the village of Dekov. 
The local people are mainly occupied with farming. 

According to the legend the name of the village is derived from the fact that in Roman times there was a fortress with water reservoir that supplied the village which in Bulgarian is Kulina voda. 

The most interesting touristic sight on the territory of the municipality is natural park Persina. It encompasses the 19 Belenski islands. It is unique and significant ecologically for here are located three biosphere reserves: 

  • "Persinski marshes" - wet zone with international significance that is inhabited by many colonies of marsh birds. It is breeding sight of the mute swan and unique gathering place in the autumn for the black stork. 
  • "Milka" and "Kitka" encompass the eponymous islands of the archipelago and include preserved floodplain forests from white willow and poplar. Here are nesting pairs of sea eagles very rare species included in the "Red Book of Bulgaria" and in the book "Endangered birds in Europe". 
  • protected area "Kaikusha" - remains of wet zone in the Svishtovsko-Belenskara low land. 

Danube river with its impressive width near the town of Belene, beautiful banks and slow flow offers opportunities for the development of hunting, fishing and routе tourism.
