Kudelin is a village in northwestern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Bregovo, Vidin region.
The village is located 7 km north of the municipal center Bregovo, 33 km northwest of the town of Vidin and 228 km in the same direction from Sofia.
Kudelin is in the temperate-continental climate zone, with relatively cold winters and hot summers. The average altitude reaches 199 meters. Its population numbers about 430 people.
Two large rivers - Danube and Timok pass near the village. There are 6 areas in the region.
Residents of Kudelin can visit the schools, kindergartens and medical facilities in the town of Bregovo.
Here is situated the only psychiatric home in the area.
Local people earn their living mainly from farming, mainly growing cereals.
Danube and Timok river provide opportunities for recreation and fishing.
In this village was built the first lighthouse on the Danube shore of Bulgarian land.
In Vidin attractive for tourists are: the Baba Vida fortress, dating from the X century, related to the defense of the city during the Middle Ages, the Kale fortress, the Cruciform barracks with an ethnographic exhibition, the Turkish Konak "Koluka", the Mosque and the library of Osman Pazvantaglu, the Sveti Dimitar cathedral, the Mausoleum of the first Bulgarian Exarch Antim I and others.
