The climate is humid continental. Summer is hot with high rainfall and winter is mild.

There is a town hall, church, mosque, health service, school, kindergarten and community center in the village. There is also cable TV, Internet and coverage of all mobile operators. Koprinka has 3 hotels and restaurants. The closest hospital is placed in the town of Kazanlak. Many Thracian tombs can be visited in the region with interesting artifacts discovered in some of them. Most probably they are connected with the nearby town Sevtopolis - a capital of ancient Thracian kingdom. One of these tombs can be compared by size with one of the small Egyptian pyramids and it is of great interest for the archaeologists.

Koprinka dam is located 2 km far from the village. Here you can spend time on fishing, sunbathing, swimming, hiking in Stara planina (Balkan mountain) and take a look into the region by bird-eye with hang glider.
