Konska is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Breznik municipality, Pernik region

It is 6 km west of the town of Breznik, 1 km north of the village of Rezhantsi and 26 km northwest of the town of Pernik. The capital Sofia is 55 km east. 

It is located in a hilly field and its altitude is 769 m. The climate is temperate and is characterized by cold winter and dry hot summer.

The permanent population is about 109 people. 

Here are functioning mayor's vice royalty, community center and store. In the neighboring village of Rezhantsi works GP. Hospital, dentists and pharmacies are working in the town of Breznik. The nearest schools and kindergarten are functioning there. 

Tourism and landmarks

Above the village could be seen the remains from the medieval monastery "St Nickola". 

In Konska is constructed entertainment complex that consists of restaurant, pub, track for ATV, UTV and karting, archery, private pond for sport fishing with fishes for trophies, crash karts, hall with pool tables, darts and other games. Soon there will be aqua park. 

Konska river that passes through the village and it is suitable for fishing and fish farming and there also is a dam with the same name which is also suitable for fishing. People who like fishing could also take advantage of the opportunities made by the nearest dams Breznishki izvor (2 km), Begunovtsi (3 km) and Slakovtsi (7 km). 

Bardoto area is famous for its "zhelyazna" mineral water which springs from the south part of the hill in Leskov dol area. The mineral spring attracts healthy and sick people from the ancient past for its healing characteristics which are due to the rich mineral chemical compounds and valuable physico-chemical and and physiological characteristics.
