Dolni Bogrov is a village situated in Sofia Municipality, Sofia district.
The village is part of Kremikovtsi region, the eastern part of Sofia field. It is located 20 km away from Sofia city, 50 km away from town of Pernik and 100 km away from town of Kyustendil. Dolni Bogrov borders village of Gorni Bogrov, town of Elin Pelin, village of Buhovo and Sofia city.
Village of Ravno pole is set on the south-east, where the 'Verila' enterprise for detergents is set. The gas pipe ring of Bulgaria passes near Dolni Bogrov.
Monuments of culture in the village - Archangel Michael church yard and St Todor church.
There is a town-hall and a community centre in the village.
The international road E79 passes through Dolni Bogrov. It heads for town of Botevgrad, town of Veliko Tarnovo, city of Varna, etc., and the road leading to town of Burgas.
The village could be reached by bus line 12м /from Iztok station/ and bus line 90 which passes through the highway.
The last traffic lights on the exit of Sofia city are located in Dolni Bogrov.
