Dobrevtsi village is located in the municipality of Yablanica, Lovech region.
In Bulgaria there are two villages,which have the same name- in Elena municipality, Veliko Turnovo region and Municipality of Tryavna, District Gabrovo.
It is situated 3 km north of Yablanica, 75 km north-east of Lovech, 85 km in the same direction from Pleven, 38 km north-west of Ribaritsa and about 90 km south-west of Sofia. 6 km away from the village passes Hemus highway connecting Sofia and Varna.
The village is set in Fore Balkan Range, on about 300 m altitude. The climate here is characterized by warm summers and cold windy winters.
The population is about 530 people.
Dobrevtsi has electricity and water supply, sewage is partially built. All mobile operators have coverage. There are several food shops, pubs, kindergarten, community center, church and town hall. There is also a factory for production of khalva and Turkish delight.
Regular bus service connects it with the community center.
There are several family homes for rent which offer accommodation to the guests of the village.
The village has good conditions for development of fishing tourism because it is near a dam. Other places you can visit in Dobrevtsi are the church, the golden fountain "Maple". There is also a source of mineral water which is suitable for the treatment of kidney disease.
The village of Glozhene is located 15 km away where is set the famous Glozhene monastery.
