Tselina is a village in South Bulgaria. It is located in Chirpan Municipality, Stara Zagora Region.
Tselina is situated on 193 m altitude in the middle of the road Chirpan-Dimitrovgrad between the town of Merichleri and the village of Zetiovo. It is around 14 km southeast of the municipal center Chirpan, 54 km southwest of the regional center Stara Zagora and 204 km southeast of the capital Sofia.
Summer is characterized with great heat and the winter is relatively severe.
The relief is narrow and two rivers are running along the village: "Malkata" /"the small one"/ coming from the village of Tsenovo and "Golyamata" /"the big one"/ coming from the village of Durzhava.
Tselina is well developed village - the roads are asphalted, there are several shops and mobile operators coverage. There is a church in the village center which is very old, but well maintained.
Town hall, community center and post office are functioning. The medical service is undertaken by one general practising doctor, and the nearest educational and medical institutions are in the municipal center Chirpan.
One of the most interesting sights in the region is the monastery "Saint Atanasii" in the village of Zlatna livada- one of the largest Bulgarian monasteries and one of the oldest in Europe according to the latest research.
The area is nice for picnic and walks.
A mineral water source is located at the nearby town Merichleri (around 6 km of the village) and a swimingpool filled with healing water.
