Tsarkvishte is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Zlatitsa municipality, Sofia region.
It is located in mountain region at the foot of Stara planina mountain and its altitude is about 740 m. The climate is temperate under the influence of cold north winds from the Danubian Plain and Zlatishki passage and also subtropic hot winds from Topolnitsa river.
The permanent population is about 276 people.
The village is considerably well maintained with constructed infrastructure - asphalted streets with lighting, water and electricity systems. All mobile operators have coverage, there is also Internet connection and cable TV available. Regular bus transportation connects it to the near settlements.

The church "St Velikomachenitsa Ekaterina" is constructed above the remains of an old cruciform church. The festival of the village is on 24-th of November.
