Byal kladenets is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. Located in Nova Zagora municipality, Sliven region.
In Bulgaria there is another village with the same name in Stambolovo municipality, Haskovo region.
It is about 28 km southeast from the town of Nova Zagora, 59 km southwest from the town of Sliven, about 53 km in the same direction from the town of Yambol and 273 km southeast from the city of Sofia.
There are bus lines to Nova Zagora and Sliven.
Located 175 meters above sea level. Its territory falls within the continental temperate climate zone. Winters are mild and dry, relatively warm summers. Spring and autumn are rainy.
Its inhabitants are about 220 people. The occupation is farming.
The village has a town hall, church, shop and cafe. There is coverage of mobile networks, Internet and cable TV. In the village Mlekarevo / 9 km northwest / there is a primary school, library, shops, pharmacy, restaurant and bar. Also there you will find a doctor and a dentist. The nearest hospital nursery are located in the town of Nova Zagora.
Tourist and cultural attractions
Near the village Pet mogili 13 km west, there are remains of an ancient necropolis. There were found a bronze statuette of Venus and 1000 tetradrachm.
At about 25 km is the dam Ovcharitsa, ideal for fishing, it can be caught carp and perch.
Area Karandila is located in the northeast part of Sliven. There is situated the National Park "Blue Rocks" with area of 11,380 hectares, it has many interesting rock formations.
In Sliven guests of the village can visit : church "St. Sofia", church "St. Mary", the History Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, the House - Museum Hadzhi Dimitar.
Located 50 km away is one of the largest spa complexes in the country, Sliven Mineral Baths.
