Bunovo is a village in Western Bulgaria. It is in Municipality of Kyustendil, District of Kyustendil.
It stands about 20 km north-west of the town of Kyustendil.

About 1 km away European route E871 passes, linking the settlement to Kyustendil, the border town of Gyueshevo and the capital of Sofia.

Not far from the village is the Drankaloto cave with 17 m of length and 9 m displacement. There also in Konyavka Mountain with the highest point of Viden Peak (1487 m), offering excellent conditions for the fans of hang gliding and paragliding. Another attraction in the vicinity is Shegava canyon, with plenty of cave niches cliffs and bizarre rock formations.
St. George church was built in 1927.
The short distance to Kyustendil makes possible visiting the spas and Roman baths in the center of town.
Hisarlaka hill is about 2 km south-east of the town. The fortress was built at the end of IV and the begging of V century.
