Brezovdol is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Svoge municipality, Sofia region.

It is 50 km east of the town of Svoge, 8 km west of the village of Osenovlag and 18 km south of the village of Elisayna. The capital Sofia is 90 km south of it.

It is located in mountain region at the foot of Golyama planina part of the western Stara planina and in proximity to the flow of Gabrovnitsa river and its altitude is about 1095 m. The relief defines the cold weather in the winter, the cool summer and the early coming fall in comparison to the other parts of the country. The climate and the mountain terrain provide for the development of the bee keeping, the collecting of raspberries, herbs and mushrooms.

There are partially constructed electricity and water systems.

The permanent population is about 21 people.

The nearest schools and kindergartens are located in the municipality the town of Svoge, There is working the nearest medical center and in the hospitals are in the capital Sofia.

The landscape is very picturesque and here is situated one of the highest peaks in the municipality Chukava peak (1588 m).

The most interesting cultural landmark in the area is the Orthodox monastery of the Seven Thrones (Virgin Mary) is located in the beautiful valley of the relatively small Gabrovnitsa River, the road from the train station Eliseina in the Iskar Gorge. It is part of the 100 tourist sites of Bulgaria.
