Beli osam is a village in Troyan Municipality, Lovech Region.
It is 4 km south-west of Troyan, about 40 km south from Lovech, about 10 km away of Chiflik, about 14 km in the same direction of Shipkovo and about 160 km away of Sofia.
It nestles at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, on 602 m above the sea level. Beli osam River passes through here.
The population is approximately 670 people.
There is a town-hall, a hypermarket, a medical office with one doctor and one dentist, a horse base. Coverage of all mobile operators, cable TV and Internet are available. The nearest schools, kindergartens and hospitals are in town of Troyan. Beli osam is provided by regular transportation from and to the municipal centre.
The village is suitable for rural, ecological and fishing tourism. There are hotels and guest houses offering excellent accommodation conditions.

Village of Shipkovo - natural phenomenon popular with its mineral springs.
Village of Chiflik - unique balneal resort complex, set at the banks of Osam River.
Central Balkan National Park - preferred place by tourists, due to the rich variety of protected species.
Troyan Monastery - the third biggest monastery in the country. It is set next to village of Oreshak, about 6 km away of Beli osam.
Beklemeto area - the area is about 20 km away. There are different ski runs and hotels.
