Kosti is a village in Tsarevo municipality, Burgas Province.
It is situated 22 km southwest of Tsarevo, 87 km south of Burgas, 37 km west of Ahtopol and about 460 km southeast of Sofia.
The village is situated at the foot of Strandzha mountain and the River Veleka, at an altitude of 71 m.
The climate is characterized by mild winters with hardly any snow, while summer is warm and dry.
The population outnumbers about 350 people. Transportation is accomplished by route taxis to and from Tsarevo and Burgas.
Kosti has a community center, shops, cafe and church. Nearest kindergartens, schools and hospitals are located in the town of Tsarevo. There are several family houses that offer accommodation to tourists.
An interesting fact about Kosti is that by 1913 the village was inhabited by Greek population. After 20's of XX century, it settled Bulgarians from Eastern Thrace.
There are two main hypotheses about the name of the village - one is that the name derives from consideration here fire festival "St. Constantine and Elena ", while others argue that bears the name of a wealthy Greek merchant named Kostakis.

Kosti is one of the most famous villages with fire dancing. Embers dancing is unique for Bulgaria and Greece custom which is usually performed on the feast of St.Constantine and Helen. In 2009, dancing was entered in the representative list of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The village's fair is held on July 20.
