Troshevo quarter

Troshevo quarter is situated to the north from The Industrial Zone Varna West and is locked between Vladislav Varnenchik boulevard, Hristo Smirnenski boulevard, Yanosh Hunyadi boulevard and Slivnitza boulevard.
To the north is the Police Academy and to the east it reaches all the way to the, so called, circus place. When entering Varna from Hemus highway the quarter remains to the left.
Troshevo was intended to be entirely build up with houses but after the year of 2005 a large scale construction has begun and by the end of 2010 the buildings in the quarter, will be at the average six-storey.
In the quarter there are: Dobri Chintulov Secondary school, "Kolyu Ficheto" Professional High School for Building Construction , "Vasil Levski" Professional High-School for Construction, Architecture and Geodesy, Police Academy, kindergarten No.45 "Prolet", kindergarten No. 7 "Izvorche", kindergarten No. 3 "Detsko gradche", day care for children under the age of 3, a medical center, a post office, Piccadilly supermarket, Praktiker hypermarket, Elitis hypermarket /on its territory there is a children's play center, a cafe and a pharmacy/, a community center, Mladost Area Municipality.
On December 1st, 2007 the first mall in Varna - Pfohe Mall - was opened. A year later the second mall in Varna "Varna Mall" was officially opened.
Near Technopolis Hypermarket the construction of another attraction is in process - Varna Towers - it is planned to be an entertainment center.
The quarter borders the areas Avtogara (Bus-Station) and Industrial Zone Varna West, and Mladost quarter.
The following bus-lines are serving the quarter: 1, 7, 14, 14а, 15, 18, 22, 41, 48, 118, 121, 122, 148, 409.
