Slavia housing estate is situated in the southwest region of the capital. To the northeast it neighbors the Lagera Quarter, and to the south - the Krasno Selo quarter. Its east side reaches Tsar Boris III Blvd., the southwest - a park spreading up to Ovcha Kupel quarter and Slavia Stadium, and the northeast - up to Zhitnitza Str.
It is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Sofia, characterized with low-storey brick buildings form the 60s and the monolithic constructions from the 80s. The space between the blocks is well-kept and green. All blocks have central heating.
There is only one panel block in the residential complex Slavia. So far the new construction works are very limited, which stands as a challenge to the construction contractors.

Near the Slavia quarter are the 6th Regional Police Department and the big market place Krasno Selo.
At 124 Tsar Boris Blvd. next to Zhitnitza Str. is the building of the Krasno Selo Municipality.
