Orlandovtsi quarter is set on the North-eastern part of city of Sofia. On south-west it borders with Parva Bulgarska Armia Blvd, which divides it with the broad centre, the Central Railway and Bus Stations. On south-east it faces Malashevtsi quarter and Hadzhi Dimitar quarter. On north - Konstantin Preslavski Str divides it from Benkovski quarter.
Orlandovtsi is one of the oldest Sofia quarters and is built mainly with single-family houses and only few panel buildings. Lots of greenery, quietness and tranquillity makes the quarter attractive for the investors. The region is perspective for new buildings and offices due to its proximity to the Industrial and Commercial zones between Kozlodui Str and Parva Bulgarska Armia Blvd.
The region comprises the following churches - St Petka Samardzhiiska /on Mara Buneva Str/ and St Three Saints /on Hristo Stanishev Str/. There is also 9th Plolyclinic /on Hr. Bostandzhiev Str/, cultural clubs 'Iskra' /on Saznanie Str/ and 'Raina Knyaginya' /on Zhelezopatna Str/; 58th Middle School /on Sofia Str/ and Orlandovtsi Bus Station on Parva Bulgarska Armia Blvd.
