Levski quarter is one of the new residential areas, which is located in the north-eastern areas of the capital. It borders Suhata reka quarter on the west and Botevgradsko road on the south.
The district consists of two parts - Levski-Zona-V and Levski-Zona-G.
They are divided by Vladimir Vazov Blvd. The neighbourhood is built-up with single-family houses. Panel buildings can be found in areas V and G. Most of them were built during the last twenty years. The variety of properties is big - from studios to two and three-bedroom apartments. In some of the buildings, mainly in Levski-V the ground floors are with commercial areas. For more convenient transport and a greater amount of commercial areas, Levski-V is more preferred by property buyers.
Levski-G quarter benefits from 199th Middle School /which is next to 14th building/, a furniture store 'Domko' and Aqua Park. In the old part of the neighbourhood is located 'St. Constantine and Elena' school / which is on Cap. R. Nikolov Str/, 130th High School /on K. Fotinov Str/ and Bus station East, which leads to Poduyane Municipality. In Levski G Post office branch in 10th building and Hospital in 9th A building are situated.
