Chataldja area is locked between: Chataldja boulevard, William Gladstone street, James Boucher street, Drava Czech street, Nayden Gerov street, Knyaz Nikolaevich street.
The buildings in the area are of mixed type. The residential buildings situated on larger streets and boulevards are mainly multi-storey, and on the smaller streets the buildings are predominantly 3-4 storey and houses. Many new buildings were constructed in the area providing it a modern outlook.
The area is in 10 minutes walking distance from downtown the city of Varna and has good transportation links to the central part, the quarters and the resorts near Varna.
The main "landmark" in the area is Chataldja Market - there are many fast food restaurants, tea and coffee shops, fruits and vegetables are sold, a pay desk where one can pay the electricity, water-supply and telephone bills, clothing and shoes shops, foodstores.
On the territory of the area is located the Vocational High School for Textile and Fashion Design, book-stores, Piccadilly supermarket, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes, a casino, specialized technical stores, wholesale of baby products, banks and mobile operators' offices, medical and dental offices.
The area borders the areas: "Regional hospital", "Zavod Drujba" and "Cherven ploshtad".
