The railway station area is locked between Primorski boulevard, Tzaribrod street, Vardar street and Al. Dyakovich street.
The area is predominantly built-up with houses with specific architecture, and the streets are covered with cobbles - the spirit of Old Varna is kept! There are also brand new 3-4 storey residential buildings.
The area is small, but yet, very interesting. Its proximity to the Sea Garden and downtown the city of Varna, the good transportation connection to all the quarters of the city and the resorts "St. Constantine and Helen" and "Golden Sands" along with the great number of landmarks are making the area very attractive.
On the territory of the area there is a Railway Station, the Custom's Headquarters, the Harbour of Varna, Naval Forces' Headquarters, Naval Administrations, the Home of Science and Technics, the Honourable Consulate of Norway, Denmark and Sweden, the Transportation Workers' Hospital, the Transportation Workers' Dignostic-Consultative Center, many shops, shops for wholesale of construction materials, cosmetics, toys, clothes and spare parts for vehicles, banks, parking lots, restaurants, cafes and fast food diners, night clubs, family hotels, a mosque etc.
In an immediate proximiti to the area there is the Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox Church "St. Athanasius", Orthodox Church "Prezviter Grigoriy", the Museum of Varna History, the Ethnografic Museum, the Museum of the Revival, the Museum of Medicine History, The Naval Museum, the Roman Thermae, The Artists' Home, Private Commerce High-School, Private Foreign Language School "George Byron", a police station etc.
