Co-operative market area is locked between Krakra street, Nikola Kanev street, Patriarh Evtimii street, Dr. Pyuskyliev street and Kap. Raycho street.
It borders downtown the city of Varna, Avtogara (Bus station) area, Zimno kino Trakiya area and Hristo Botev quarter.
The area is the main commercial center of the city. Except for the largest fruit, vegetable and fish market there are concentrated most of the shoe and clothing shops, gold and silver jewelry work shops, food markets etc.
The buildings in the area are predominantly houses. During the past 15 years though many 4-5 sorey residential buildings have been constructed, as well.
Co-operative market area is a relatively peaceful and quiet and is located only 10 minutes walk away from downtown the city.
In the area there are: many shops for shoes, clothing, foods, company stores, jewelry workshops, a fruits, vegetables and fish market, pet stores, Billa shopping center, a casino, a traffic police station, a kindergarten, Tzar Simeon I Secondary School, K. Arabadjiev Secondary Schhol, pharmacies, cell phone operators offices, banks, a specialized eye clinic, cafes, restaurants, a Godzila restaurant etc.
Nearby are: a kindergarten for children under the age of 3, a kindergarten, Central Post Office and a post office branch, Hristo Botev community center, two ployclinics, a bus-station etc.
