Roza is a village in southeastern Bulgaria, it is part of Tundja municipality, Yambol region.

It is located 12 km southwest of Yambol, 34 km southeast of Nova Zagora, 68 km east of Stara Zagora and about 290 km southeast of Sofia.

The population is about 1200 people.

The village is well developed - totally electrified and supplied with water, there are regular bus services connecting it with neighboring towns and villages. There are also a city hall, a kindergarten, a school, a dentist, GP, a gas station. 

The closest medical center is in town of Yambol.

Interesting facts about the village:

The primary school "Paisii Hilendarski" is founded before more than 130 years, today the students are more than 100.

Lately in the village was opened a new sports club for wrestling and judo "Shoni 2012".

"Svetlina" community center has a large and rich library. There is also a group of iconography artists and painters; an authentic folklore group "Rozenski Voices" and child vocal-instrumental group. From the stage of the community center have started many professionals in the field of art and culture.

The church "St. Petka" was built in the end of the 18th century, and the icons are painted in the late 19th century. Thanks to the care and donations of local people, as well as the good work of the church board, "St. Petka" is well preserved and frequently visited.

In the center of the village there is a Memorial monument of the villagers, who died in the wars.

Sightseeings in the region:

Yambol Historical Museum - offers a variety of prehistoric, ancient, medieval and numismatic exhibits.

"Georgi Papazov" Art Gallery in Yambol is one of the largest galleries in the country. It has more than 3,000 works of Bulgarian and foreign artists.

The area has excellent conditions for fishing - near the village crosses the river Tunja, and between the villages of Roza and General Inzovo there is a dam.

Every year in February in the village mummers games are held, which are very attractive to the visitors.
