The main advantage of the village is prominent close to that established SPA resort - famous with its hydro-termal sources with high temperature and low mineralization, suitable for varaiety of treatments for many diseases.
The nature around the village is very picturesque. Near Viden the remains of  chirch "St. Atanasii" partially submerged by the water of Koprinka dam can be seen.
The area around the dam offers great opportunities for holidays, camping, picnic, walks, water sports and sun baths. Fishing fens will be pleased with the variety of fish species.
Interesting is the fact that with the building of the dam, the Thracian town Sevtopolis was dug up and explored. Today the remains of this ancient town are underwater. There is a project for partial restoration of this remains.
