Razgrad is a village in the northwestern Bulgaria. It is located in Valchedram Municipality, Montana region.

There is a city in Bulgaria with the same name - Razgrad.

The village is 7 km away north from the town of Valchedram, 51 km north from the city of Montana, 80 km north from the town Vratsa and 159 km north from the capital city Sofia.

Regular bus transport connects it with Montana, Lom and Sofia.

Village of Razgrad is situated in the western part of the Danube plain. The terrain is mostly flat very slightly hilly, with an altitude of 100m.

The climate is temperate continental - snowy, cold winter and hot summer.

The population is about 750 inhabitants.

The village has town hall, two churches, health service, community center, there is a telephone exchange, internet access, cable TV and cover of all mobile operators. The nearest schools are in the town of Valchedram. The nearest hospital is in the city of Montana.

Razgrad has a potential for development of rural, hunting, fishing, cultural and eco - tourism.

Guests of the village can visit churches  "St. George" and "St. Dimitar", which are situated in the lands of the village.

At 7 km distance in the town of Valchedram the church "St. Paraskeva" - built in 1936 can be seen. This church is a small copy of the temple "Alexander Nevski" in Sofia.

River Tsibritsa passes through the village and it is a nice place for fishing and relaxing.
