HEI area is locked between: Bratya Buxton street, Toprahisar street, Bregalnitza street, Tzar Osvoboditel boulevard, Prilep street, Yan Palah boulevard, Tzarevetz boulevard.
The area is very peaceful and green. The traffic on the boulevards is busy but well prganized.
The buildings in the area are mainly 4-5 storey. In the past the area was build up with houses. During the past decade though, many new residential and administrative buildings were constructed instead.
The infrastructure is very good.
On the territory of the area there are: the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital, the Eye Clinic, the Regional Public Health Control Inspection, the Stem-Cell Bank, the Medical Center For Sports Medicine, the College of Medicine, a Police Station, a stadium and a sports complex, a kindergarten, Palah Shopping Center, two Piccadilly supermarkets, specialized stores for sports goods, retaurants, a pastry shop, banks, mobile operators' shops and offices, playgrounds, pharmacies, parking lots and petrol stations.
The area borders: Tzveten quarter, Vasil Levski quarter, Regional Hospital area and Chataldja area.
