Priboi is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Radomir municipality, Pernik region.
It is 10 km southwest of the town of Radomir and 24 km in the same direction from Pernik. The capital Sofia is 51 km northeast.
It is located on the banks of Struma river and its altitude is 579 m. The climate is temperate and is characterized by severe snowy winter and cool summer. The fall is short, rainy and foggy. The spring is cool and does not last long either.
Bus and railway transportation connect it to the other settlements. There are constructed water and electricity installations.
The permanent population is about 256 people.
Here are functioning town hall, community center, church, shop and coffee shop. One GP takes care for the people in the village. The nearest medical center is in the town of Izvor (10 km) and the nearest schools and kindergartens are in the town of Radomir. In Pernik you can get specialized medical assistance.
The nearest Pchelina dam is ideal place for tourism and relaxation. Here there are wonderful conditions for the people who enjoy fishing.
You could visit the Radibosh monastery "St Troitsa" which is just 5 km from the village.
In Pernik interesting historical landmark is the Krakra fortress.
